As Executive Director, Kofi provides overall leadership and direction for TheBridge Leadership Room, helping to ensure the organisation continues to grow sustainably and remain focused on its purpose.
His role includes helping the board, leadership team and wider organisation stay aligned around shared priorities, while creating the conditions for each department to carry out its responsibilities effectively.
